Life Hub

Life Hub was designed with its own entrances and identity; Inspired by Downtown Egyptian architecture, the project emphasizes strong building corners, expressive handrails, and commercial arches that anchor the ground floor in an urban, human-scale language. The architecture responds directly to climate and orientation. Large openings on the northern and western façades open onto terraces, while horizontal masses are layered to create shade and dynamic shadow throughout the day. These terraces are carefully designed to conceal air-conditioning compressors, maintaining clean elevations without compromising functionality. The ground floor is activated through a vibrant commercial layer, while three residential floors above offer efficient one- and two-bedroom units, with %80 of homes enjoying open views. Landscape zones, running tracks, and outdoor amenities extend daily life beyond the interior, reinforcing a lifestyle built on movement and community. Life Hub is not just a building, but a contemporary urban composition where architecture, climate, and daily life meet in balance.
