Granda Elshorouk

Granda was envisioned as a residential compound that balances diversity of choice with a cohesive community spirit. Spanning 18 acres in El-Shorouk City, the development was designed to offer residents a wide spectrum of living experiences fromapartments, duplexes to penthouses within a unified masterplan. Our approach was rooted in maximizing space, privacy, and comfort. The redesign of building elevations combined bold sharp edges with layered forms to create a modern aesthetic that feels both dynamic and timeless. Openings were carefully studied to ensure natural light while preventing overheating, a design decision that enhances sustainability and daily comfort. Vast green landscapes weave through the compound, connecting residents to nature while ensuring zones of privacy. Community facilities including a nursery, mosque, wellness centers, swimming pool, and social club were integrated seamlessly to create a self-sufficient environment where every need is within reach.
