The Median was envisioned as a residential concept where community and individuality coexist seamlessly. Designed as a masterplan divided into intimate zones, it offers residents the comfort of smaller neighborhoods within a larger connected whole. Our vision was to create indoor–outdoor harmony through expansive terraces, double-height ceilings, and carefully shifted layouts that enhance privacy while maximizing openness. Natural light and fresh air flow easily through the design, while shading keeps the spaces cool and comfortable. The architecture reflects this philosophy on the façade itself. Horizontal lines stretch across the buildings, sometimes infinite and unbroken, other times transformed through shifts in material from concrete to glass creating a dynamic rhythm. These lines evolve into an artistic language, turning the façade into a living canvas that embodies both continuity and change. More than just buildings, The Median offers a lifestyle.
